You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Depending on the nature of a matter, our work may include:

• Analytical review of publicly available blockchain or transaction data to identify observable patterns
• Review and analysis of suspected fraudulent platforms, websites, or accounts
• Structuring and organizing information provided by clients into clear chronological materials

Our fee structure will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to commencing work. Depending on the engagement type:

• A one-time fee or retainer may be required
• Fees are based on time, expertise, and services performed
• Justice Today does not charge fees contingent upon case outcomes
• Where applicable, service fees are processed securely through independent payment providers

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your situation
• Cooperate with our team and respond to requests for documents or details in a timely manner
• Understand that delays, omissions, or inaccurate information may negatively impact results

Outcomes in fraud-related matters depend on factors outside our control, including actions taken by third parties, institutions, or authorities.

We treat all client information as confidential. Information may only be disclosed where:

• You have provided explicit consent
• Required by law or court order
• Shared at your direction with third parties you choose to engage

All content on the Justice Today website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of Justice Today or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Within the limits of applicable law:

• Justice Today's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for actions of third parties, including platforms, service providers, or authorities

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination:

• Fees for services already rendered remain due
• Any unfinished work may be discontinued at our discretion

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
